Log into your Monte Carlo account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all brand tags and invoices intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
